The receptionist and staff were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating while I was there getting my brakes looked at. Not only did they get me in and out relatively quickly, they worked with me to understand the issue and explain what was happening and why. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and only charged me for their time! This shop and their other location in East Rochester are very fair, they've certainly made a customer for life out of me!
I was impressed with your associateTeresa who was very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. Since I was unable to have a Loner Car , I went elsewhere for transmission work but I will need struts in the near future and will consider your place of business.
The best place transmission work.
